Changes & Cancelations

 To modify or cancel your order please email the order number to with the necessary changes. Please do so within 24 hours of placing your order(s). Also, note we cannot change or cancel your order once the products have shipped.

Pricing & Payments





All prices on are quoted in USD $. If there happens to be an error with pricing after an order has been placed, we will contact the customer and express our two options either (1.) confirming the order with the accurate price, or (2.) canceling the order.




We accept all major credit cards. The customer also has the option to pay for purchases via PayPal. For international orders, please keep in mind that your bank/financial institution may charge you a Currency Conversion Fee.

      VAVVOUNE’s Newsletter is used to communicate promotions, product availability, events, and discounts to our subscribers. To subscribe we request your name and email address. If for any reason the subscriber chooses to cancel, there will be an “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of every newsletter to do so.

      We collect your name, address, phone number, email, and credit card for our payment system information to complete your order. We do not give out your information to any third-party source. If chosen not to pay through we ask that you email to see if there are any other alternative ways to pay for your purchase.

    Damages & Errors

    If an order delivered is damaged please email with the order number to correct the issue. We will re-send another item at a faster shipping rate once we’ve received the damaged item.

    Once your order has been delivered, and you realize you have an incorrect item, please email to have it corrected. We will resend the right item at a faster shipping rate once we’ve received the incorrect item.
