We have a studio/showroom in Brooklyn, New York. You can schedule an appointment here.

An item is out of stock, when will it return?

Most of our styles are produced in small batches to avoid over-production. Based on customer demand, an item has a set time on when it will be restocked. Sign up for our newsletter to be updated on restocks.


Where do you ship to?

We ship within the US and now offer shipping Worldwide!

How long does it take my order to ship?

Processing an order usually takes between 1-3 days. Once your order has shipped, you will immediately receive a tracking number with an estimated delivery date.

How can i change / cancel my order?

What shipping carriers do you use?

For domestic shipping to the US, we use USPS and UPS. For Global shipping, we use USPS INTERNATIONAL and DHL.

How do i care for my leather bag?

How do i care for my textile / fabric bag?

Spot clean by hand any fabric bags with mild detergent and let air dry. To avoid stains, keep it in a dust bag when not in use.

Returns & Exchanges

How can i return an item?

We have a 3-day return policy beginning when your item has been delivered. For returns, please email us with your order number and reason. Once confirmed, we will provide you with a return address.

How long does it take to get refunded?

After your return has been received and confirmed unworn and undamaged, you will be immediately refunded. It may take 1-10 business days depending on how long your bank/ financial institution takes to deposit refunds.

What is the process for exchanges?

For exchanges, a shipping label will be provided. Once the item is received and confirmed undamaged we will issue the exchange. Please keep in mind the customer will pay for shipping the item back to their location.
